I was so inspired this morning by watching 'The Dance of Yoga'. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iFAkwbB7Ptc. I really love the music by Merlin's Magic https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y3itAwRtmVg and used that as the back ground, but sadly when coming to speed the video up i had to change it and use one of you tube....http://www.youtube.com/
But it actually turned out to be quiet beautiful! It such lovely music also!!! Thank you You Tube.

UJJAYI BREATH TUTORIAL

Tutorial on UJJAYI Breath ("Victorious" breath). This is a wonderful Panayama Breath. tranquillising breath that has a heating effect on the body. It soothes and calms the nervous system. Will help to relax you. People who are introvert may not benefit from this breath, those with heart problems do not practice with bandhas or retention. This is a tutorial that is broken down into the inhale and exhale...using the breath open to begin with to get familiar...then once familiar closing the mouth using the sounds "saaaaa" and "haaaaa".
