As promised below is the first part yoga video for the liver. This will be a three part video to break it down.

I am unsure of how people would feel with a full 45mins class covering this topic so i have broke it down into three parts.

UJJAYI BREATH TUTORIAL

Tutorial on UJJAYI Breath ("Victorious" breath). This is a wonderful Panayama Breath. tranquillising breath that has a heating effect on the body. It soothes and calms the nervous system. Will help to relax you. People who are introvert may not benefit from this breath, those with heart problems do not practice with bandhas or retention. This is a tutorial that is broken down into the inhale and exhale...using the breath open to begin with to get familiar...then once familiar closing the mouth using the sounds "saaaaa" and "haaaaa". RESTORATIVE YOGA CLASS

RESTORATIVE YOGA - for nurturing and giving extra TLC to the body....This class is for those people who wish to more of a relaxed yoga session..... Its perfect if you are recovering from illness, dealing with illness or you simply feel stressed, tired and your body needs some love...... This practice aims to achieve physical, metal and emotional relaxation..... Each posture has its only benefits and can help to restore, reset and help on the road to recovery.
