Well i thought it would be nice to share this with all those who wish to find a full moon practise....

The video below is a full moon practise i have switched the sides around....do start with the opposite side if you intend to practise.

UJJAYI BREATH TUTORIAL

Tutorial on UJJAYI Breath ("Victorious" breath). This is a wonderful Panayama Breath. tranquillising breath that has a heating effect on the body. It soothes and calms the nervous system. Will help to relax you. People who are introvert may not benefit from this breath, those with heart problems do not practice with bandhas or retention. This is a tutorial that is broken down into the inhale and exhale...using the breath open to begin with to get familiar...then once familiar closing the mouth using the sounds "saaaaa" and "haaaaa".
