Hello wonderful human beings.

Well i have to say i think sometimes we take life for granted and sometimes people for granted. Its not that we mean to most of the time, sometimes we are just to busy with life to think about the things we over look in day to day life we do so much on auto pilot and forget to be grateful for our breath and life.

Today i was in the hospital sitting looking around, as i sat their i got extremely scared wondering for my health, other thoughts rushed through my mind, like its only a body, it has to leave anyway (the yoga side came out in me), but i was still scared. Three hours later i was given the all clear and i realised how special every single moment is!!! Even more than i already new it was! I mean everything we place in our body, even a piece of chocolate is going to have an impact an outcome. Every thought we think will have an outcome.

So i made a rule for myself today as i left the hospital that every single moment more of my life i live, whether healthy or not i am going to allow myself to be happy, be in the moment, care, share and not be scared. I am going to trust those who are old and new in my life until they give me reason not to. I'm going to open my heart to new challenges, opportunities and be grateful for everything in my life!!!! And most of all i am going to help motivate and help and encourage others to do the same!

UJJAYI BREATH TUTORIAL

Tutorial on UJJAYI Breath ("Victorious" breath). This is a wonderful Panayama Breath. tranquillising breath that has a heating effect on the body. It soothes and calms the nervous system. Will help to relax you. People who are introvert may not benefit from this breath, those with heart problems do not practice with bandhas or retention. This is a tutorial that is broken down into the inhale and exhale...using the breath open to begin with to get familiar...then once familiar closing the mouth using the sounds "saaaaa" and "haaaaa".
