HOW TO GET MOTIVATED

So i have been a little of colour for a few days hence the silence in blogging. But I'm back! Getting yourself motivated can be sometimes one of the hardest things to do. It can become even harder to get yourself going if someone close to you doesn't see the gentle rewards you feel and see from things you are doing. Well here is something to justified what you are doing that matters to you. Your in it, your doing it, you see it, they don't! If they don't see big things happening in one day or one week they put it down to a bad idea, wasting your time, pointless. But don't let that dishearten you! Stick with it, you have nothing to prove to them or anyone. What you are doing is for yourself that makes you feel good, positive, productive and them feelings will ripple out into the world and serve others! We are all so special in our own ways, we all have knowledge we know and can share in our own ways. Others are entitled to there opinion, good or bad but we just have to learn to not absorb things, its almost like we create a shield around our-self to bounce of the negative. The positive can be absorb to some extent but not so you get above your station, allow the positive to motivate you more, if you can get the negative to motivate you then you got it all going for you.

  • I watched this wonderful video and it was perfect for this topic. Everything you do see it as an offering to motivate you. Even if it is something that you are dreading turn it round and see it as an offering. Life is far to short on this earth to dread even one moment. Instead give your actions as offerings, that way you feel good either way as you are giving and giving makes you feel utterly wonderful!

  • Eat fruit, vegetables, drink water, lemon water, herb teas. Make smoothies fill your self up with energies that is carried in all these amazing natural foods. This will boost your energy and mental clarity.
  • Write a goal list for the day and do each thing will 100% love, when a task is completed feel so utterly pleased and joyful that you have knocked one thing of your list.
  • Show Gratitude...before you rise write down or say to your self all the things you are truly grateful for in your life as it is right now.
